Arriving at a campaign event in Green Bay, Wisconsin, former U․S․ President Donald Trump climbed into the cabin of a white garbage truck with his campaign slogan on it, and sitting in the passenger seat, began to talk to reporters.
“How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden,” Trump said.
This is how he responded to the recent comments of incumbent President Joe Biden, who called his supporters “garbage.”
During an online meeting with Latino voters this week, Biden commented on remarks made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at a Trump rally in New York. Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage.”
“The only garbage I can see is his supporters. His demonization of Latin Americans is ruthless and anti-American,” the U.S. president said.
