The relations between Ankara and Yerevan will be normalized after the conclusion of the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia, TASS reports, referring to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
“The relations between Turkey and Armenia will be normalized after the conclusion of the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” Fidan said in a conversation with Turkiye newspaper.
According to him, Ankara considers the achievement of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia an important element of ensuring stability in the South Caucasus.
“We provide maximum support for reaching agreements and are happy to see that the parties are approaching their conclusion. The latest decisions on border delimitation are a good example of this progress,” the Turkish foreign minister said.
