The statements of the Armenian side speak of Yerevan keeping away from all formats of CSTO activities, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin said, answering the question about the possibility of Armenia’s participation in the CSTO summit on Nov. 28.
To the question as to whether Armenia will participate in the upcoming CSTO events, including the leaders’ meeting, the Russian foreign ministry said: “Ask the Armenian side. But judging by the statements of the Armenian side, at this stage, Armenia withdraws from participation in absolutely all formats of CSTO activities at different levels.”
