Israeli planes have hit a residential area near the ancient Roman ruins of the city of Tyre in the south of Lebanon, the country’s National News Agency (NNA) reports.
“Enemy aircraft carried out airstrikes in Tyre’s al-Asar district, leading to the complete destruction of two multi-story buildings,” the news agency said.
As reported, civil infrastructures have suffered serious damages.
