White House: Washington remains committed to its strategy of supporting Kyiv, despite possible actions by Russia

The Russian missile launch will have no deterrent effect on U.S. policy toward Ukraine, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Thursday.

“We will not be constrained in this regard; we will continue to support Ukraine,” Jean-Pierre told reporters at a press briefing.

She added that Washington remains committed to its strategy of supporting Kyiv, despite possible actions by Russia.
