CSTO member states to discuss geopolitical situation in its regions

On Nov. 28, a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers, and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries will take place in Astana, along with a meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council.

The agenda includes an exchange of views on the geopolitical situation created in the CSTO regions, discussions on the results of cooperation within the CSTO, and prospects for the further development of the collective security system. Special attention will be given to preparations for the joint celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

It is expected that the Kyrgyz Republic will inform the Organization about its priorities for the presidency in 2025.
