Netanyahu to discuss ceasefire with Hezbollah
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will convene a meeting of the Security Council in Tel Aviv on Tuesday evening to discuss the issue of a ceasefire with Hezbollah, The Times of Israel writes.
At the same time, in a conversation with the newspaper, an Israeli official noted that Israel would accept a cessation of hostilities rather than an end to the war against Hezbollah.
“We do not know how long this will last. It could be one month, it could be one year,” the official noted.
