Israel gives Hamas updated draft agreement

Israel has handed over an updated draft agreement to the radical Hamas movement, Axios writes.

The new draft reportedly includes the release of certain Israeli hostages, as well as the establishment of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

The revised agreement was finalized during a meeting last week involving Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, ministers, and heads of security agencies. The document allows for the possibility of negotiations between the two sides. Additionally, it outlines a ceasefire lasting between 42 to 60 days.
