Russian General Staff chief: Border delimitation between Azerbaijan’s Qazakh District and Armenia’s Tavush Province has been completed
Russia is taking constructive steps in the South Caucasus, and largely thanks to these efforts, Baku and Yerevan are successfully progressing toward the normalization of bilateral relations, Valery Gerasimov, Chief of Russia’s General Staff, said at a press briefing for military attachés from foreign countries.
“In contrast to the West’s destructive actions, Russia is undertaking constructive measures in this region,” Gerasimov noted.
According to him, the delimitation of one of the most complex segments of the interstate border line between Azerbaijan’s Qazakh District and Armenia’s Tavush Province has now been completed.
