After the meeting in Yevlakh, the official
representative of Artsakh stated that no final agreement has been reached with
Baku. They should negotiate the details. He also noted that no press conference
is planned, RIA Novosti reports.
Baku’s official representative stated that the
talks between the Armenians of Karabakh and Azerbaijan can bring about a peace
treaty, which will resolve the conflict.
