Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan issued a statement on
the situation facing the country.
“The response of international actors to the situation in
Artsakh and to the ways of addressing it is not appropriate, and as no
practical step is taken, Artsakh will have to take certain actions, giving
priority to the security of the population,” he said.
Shahramanyan has also called a Security Council meeting.
