Israel and Palestine exchange hostages

Israel has released 90 Palestinian prisoners as part of a deal with Hamas to free hostages in the Gaza Strip and establish a ceasefire regime, The Jerusalem Post reports.

The Palestinian prisoners were freed in exchange for three Israeli hostages released on Jan. 19.

To remind, through the mediation of Egypt, Qatar, and the United States, Israel and Palestine have reached a ceasefire deal.
