Location and timing of Mirzoyan-Bayramov meeting unclear

The location and timing of the next meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet been agreed upon. The foreign ministers are negotiating on a peace treaty, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters.

Bayramov noted that a final agreement has not yet been reached on two articles of the peace treaty and that this issue needs to be resolved. According to the Azerbaijani foreign minister, the location and timing of the next meeting between the foreign ministers have not been agreed upon yet. Bayramov stated that it is unacceptable for certain parties to call themselves mediators in the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
