Zakharova: The Minsk Group has simply lost its purpose
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a press briefing that the OSCE Minsk Group ceased its activities in February 2022.
According to her, this was solely due to the actions of the French and American co-chairs.
They refused to establish contact with the Russian co-chair and canceled all previously planned events, without providing any reasons for their actions to date. Later, on Oct. 6, 2022, the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and France, along with a representative of the EU, adopted a joint statement in Prague.
All of this has led to the fact that the Minsk Group has simply lost its purpose.
