After persistent diplomatic efforts, the International
Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) managed to find a humanitarian consensus
between the decision-makers. As a result, today, shipments of wheat flour and
essential medical items have been delivered to people in need via the Lachin
Corridor and the Aghdam road.
To remind, one truck of aid was delivered to Stepanakert via
the Akna-Stepanakert road, and another one via the Lachin corridor. The Artsakh
InfoCenter reports that in the coming days, humanitarian aid will be sent from
Russia as well.
