Zakharova double-checks Pashinyan’s statements on Genocide

Spokesperson for Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova noted that she would never have expected that the consolidated approach of the Armenian state, people, and ethnos regarding the Armenian Genocide would undergo any internal changes.

“However, you can see what kind of statements we have been hearing recently. I mean the statements made in Davos,” Zakharova said, adding that she double-checked the remarks that had been made in Davos.

According to her, Russia’s stance is expressed in the relevant decision of the State Duma and is not subject to change.
