Trump and Putin have phone conversation

U.S. President Donald Trump said he had discussed the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict during a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as reported by the New York Post.

“I would prefer to say nothing,” Trump said when asked how long the conversation lasted.

The U.S. president also stated that he has “always had a good relationship with Putin.” He criticized former U.S. President Joe Biden, calling him a disgrace to the country.

Trump noted he has a “concrete plan” to stop the fighting and hopes to find a quick solution, adding that the Russian leader wants to end the conflict.
