Erdoğan: The Trump-Netanyahu deal poses a serious threat to global peace

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has described the agreement between U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as Trump’s decisions on various international political issues, as a serious threat to peace. Trump made these comments in an interview with Indonesian media.

Erdoğan compared actions taken during Trump’s previous presidency to the current decisions, noting that they would have a negative impact on ongoing processes.

“No one can take Gaza away from the Palestinians and the people of Gaza. Such audacity is a blatant threat to peace in the region,” Erdoğan noted.
