This is not a strange phenomenon: Davit Babayan on Russian peacekeeping contingent commander’s meeting with Hasanov

The newly appointed commander of the Russian peacekeeping
contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh,  Kirill Kulakov met with Azerbaijani
Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov.

During the meeting, Hasanov referred to the “increased acts
of provocation” by the Armenian side.

Adviser to the President of Artsakh Davit Babayan views the
meeting of the officials as normal and notes that such meetings take place
frequently.

“Meetings with the Azerbaijani, the RA and our relevant
agencies have always been held; this is not a strange phenomenon. Such meetings
are important. They are held with the Armenian and Azerbaijani defense
ministers and the leadership of Artsakh. And this is a normal thing. “It
would be much better if that meeting produced positive results,” Babayan said.
