
Putin appears in military uniform at command post in Kursk giving orders
Russian President Vladimir Putin, dressed in military uniform, visited the command post of one of the units in the Kursk region and listened to a report from Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of Russia’s Armed Forces, TASS reports.
This marks Putin’s first visit to the Kursk region following the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on the region.
Below are the main orders the Russian president made at the command post:
1) The Kursk region must be completely liberated, and plans should be made to create a security zone along the state border.
2) The enemy must be defeated in the shortest possible time frame.
3) The Russian president has demanded that Ukrainian military personnel in the Kursk region be considered terrorists.
4) All prisoners must be treated humanely, but the Geneva Conventions do not apply to foreign mercenaries.
5) Putin expressed gratitude to every unit that has been involved in the operations of liberating the Kursk region.
