Trump and Zelenskyy discuss US control over Ukraine’s nuclear power plants

During a phone call, U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed, among other issues, possible U.S. ownership of Ukraine’s nuclear power plants, the BBC writes, referring to the White House.

However, Zelenskyy later stated this was only about the Russian-held Zaporizhzhia facility.

To remind, Trump held what he described as a “very good” hour-long phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart, a day after speaking to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
