Zelenskyy: Putin will die soon; that’s a fact, and everything will end

In a TV interview with reporters, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the goals and fears of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, stating that he will die soon.

“The second thing he fears is losing his power. This also depends on the stability of society, but it also depends on his age. He will die soon, that’s a fact, and everything will end,” Zelenskyy said.

He did not elaborate on why he believes the 72-year-old Putin will soon die, and reporters did not follow up with additional questions.

The Ukrainian president discussed the imminent death of his enemy in response to a question about what he thinks Putin fears. He first addressed the fact that Putin is afraid of the destabilization of Russian society due to various factors before making the aforementioned statement.
