New strategy for Nagorno-Karabakh issue on the table of Artsakh foreign ministers

A new strategy for the international representation of the Artsakh issue has been discussed with former foreign ministers and diplomats of Artsakh by Genesis Armenia. Is a new strategy necessary? What to take from what is already there, who will develop it, and how? The closed discussion lasted approximately two hours. Karen Mirzoyan believes that geopolitical developments are crucial components for action, but this does not mean sitting back and waiting for them. A flexible approach is needed, keeping risks in mind.
