Sarik Minasyan: For Gyumri we must push for snap elections

I respect each of your votes, and based on this principle, I declare that the Civil Contract party will not participate in the first session of the newly elected council, which involves representatives of forces that obtained votes from the residents of Gyumri through deceit and forces that are ready to give them to others, Sarik Minasyan, who leads the electoral list of the Civil Contract party, stated.

“I call on the members of the council of elders concerned about the future of Gyumri to vote with their conscience, not to accept a decision imposed on you as a result of others’ calculations, and not to overshadow the future of Gyumri.

In the current situation, the governance of Gyumri is doomed to failure; a crisis is inevitable.

Gyumri should not become a city with a vague future; this does not stem from the interests of the people of Gyumri. Your child and you personally will bear the consequences of your wrong action, no matter how much you try to avoid that responsibility. For Gyumri and the people of Gyumri, we must push for new, snap elections,” Minasyan writes.
