Hayk Mamijanyan: Azerbaijan is making provocations because of a lack of a red line

The logic of Azerbaijan is very simple, Hayk Mamijanyan, Leader of With Honor faction, said during a press conference today.

“It is natural—Azerbaijan must carry out aggression against peaceful civilians, which will cause social unrest, pressure, and riots, so that Pashinyan can use this to legitimize another ‘concession’” Mamijanyan stated.

According to the legislator, this happens when the main negotiator—Pashinyan—does not set a red line.

“Pashinyan leaves room for negotiation, and Azerbaijan also understands that if it carries out a little more of this or that action, whatever it wants will be given,” Mamijanyan added.
