Shahramanyan: Those held in Azerbaijani prisons remained hostage, ensuring the evacuation of residents

The people held hostage in Azerbaijani prisons have ensured the safe evacuation of civilians from Lachin, Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan said during his visit to Tsitsernakaberd.

“In the future, we will have opportunities to talk about everything very openly. I have said—anyone who would want to see Artsakh has no problem from a legal perspective,” Shahramanyan said.

Shahramanyan added that there are currently processes underway that they do not wish to hinder or harm with their statements; thus their restraint is conditioned by this circumstance.
