Mher Grigoryan: How can the unblocking process take place if there is no stability and peace
The Azerbaijani side has not yet responded to the proposals
the Armenian side has put forward concerning the “peace treaty”.
Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said this to journalists.
He noted that there is no agreement on the date and the
venue of a new trilateral meeting at the level of deputy prime ministers.
“Some issues are being discussed in the meantime.
However, no agreement on the next meeting has been reached,” Grigoryan
noted.
According to the deputy prime minister, the overall
conditions must be favorable for the unblocking process to be possible; how can
the unblocking take place if there is no stability and peace?
“After all, the unblocking process is part of the peace
process as well, and it will make sense if peace is kept,” Mher Grigoryan
noted.
