Turkey expresses support for Pakistan

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan had a phone call with his Pakistani counterpart, Muhammad Ishaq Dar. During the conversation, Fidan expressed Turkey’s support for Pakistan regarding recent events.

“Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan called Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to convey Turkey’s solidarity in the face of India’s initiated aggression, which violates Pakistan’s sovereignty and results in the deaths of innocent civilians,” Turkish Foreign Ministry reports.

The ministers agreed to continue close cooperation regarding the development of the situation.
