The war won’t end until Israel wins, says Netanyahu
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the Israeli army will begin a new operation in the Gaza Strip in the coming days to subjugate Hamas, Al Jazeera reports.
According to Netanyahu, if Hamas expresses willingness to release the hostages, Israel may temporarily suspend military operations and continue them later. However, he noted that the war will not end until Israel’s victory is achieved.
He also added that the government has established an agency for the relocation of Gaza residents, noting that they are seeking countries willing to accept Palestinians.
“If you give them the opportunity to leave, I am confident that more than 50 percent will leave—probably even more,” Netanyahu said.
