Reaching agreements is essential for peace: Russian Foreign Ministry’s special envoy

There is a possibility of drafting a document in Istanbul that could bring an end to the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry Special Envoy Rodion Miroshnik said.

“To achieve peace, it is necessary to reach agreements and find a mechanism for resolution. The groups formed by both sides are capable of doing this. They can develop a model that will be acceptable to Russia, Ukraine, and the international community. The possibilities exist,” Miroshnik said.
