Putin-Zelenskyy meeting possible if certain agreements are reached, says Peskov

A meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy is possible only if specific agreements are reached between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

Peskov noted that discussions are under way between the two countries regarding a potential ceasefire, with both sides currently exchanging positions on its terms.

He noted that for Moscow, the identity of the Ukrainian signatory to any potential agreement would be a decisive and foundational factor when it comes to signing official documents.
