Today, Vera Khachatryan, the daughter of Vagif Khachatryan,
who was abducted by Azerbaijan, met with the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo in
Kornidzor.
“There has been no agreement on my father’s return, but
the mayor of Paris promised to deal with the issue personally,” Vera
Khachatryan said to ABC Media.
According to her, now she is in such a situation that she
expects assistance from everyone.
To remind, humanitarian aid for Artsakh has been sent from a
number of regions of France. The mayor of Paris personally escorted the aid
convoy. At the moment, they are stranded in the village of Kornidzor in Syunik
as Azerbaijan — as expected — does not allow the humanitarian convoy to enter
Artsakh.
