Humanitarian aid provision to displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh in Russia’s focus, says Zakharova

In response to a journalist’s question as to whether Moscow continues to provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons from Artsakh, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that this humanitarian issue remains a priority for Russia.

“A significant humanitarian campaign is planned in the near future by one of the domestic NGOs. The Armenian side is engaged in this matter through the local branch of One Eurasia and other organizations. The Russian humanitarian mission has previously sent humanitarian aid,” Zakharova said.
