The spirit of Sardarapat cannot be alienated from our people, says Robert Kocharyan

Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has issued a message on the occasion of Republic Day.

“I congratulate you on the occasion of Republic Day.

The spirit of Sardarapat cannot be alienated from our people, and it is dangerous for those who attempt it. The example of unity demonstrated at Sardarapat will, I am confident, continue to inspire us to overcome this despair, to develop and strengthen our country, and to restore our dignity,” reads the message.
