Putin-Zelenskyy meeting is possible: What are the preconditions?

A face-to-face meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is possible, but it must be the result of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv in various areas, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told TASS.

According to him, there have been no changes in the stance regarding the possibility of such a meeting.

“However, such a meeting should be the result of certain agreements between the two delegations in different areas,” Peskov noted.
