
Turkey expects Russia-Ukraine meeting in Istanbul to be productive, says Fidan
The second round of Russia-Ukraine talks has begun in Istanbul. Before the start, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan delivered a speech, the main points of which are as follows:
