Artsakh has a new state minister

Nzhdeh Iskandaryan has been appointed as the State Minister of Artsakh. He announced this during a press briefing of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Artsakh Armenians.

“I could not speak about the role of state institutions, and having received an offer, leave those ranks myself. I will stand by the sovereignty to the best of my abilities,” Iskandaryan stated.
