Iran is ready for war, says IRGC commander

Iranian military officials are prepared for any scenario, including war, Hossein Salami, Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), said.

“The enemy sometimes threatens us with military scenarios. We have always said and continue to say today—we are ready for any scenario,” Salami stated.

The IRGC commander also warned against making mistakes.

Citing American sources, CBS News reported earlier that Israel is fully ready to initiate military action against Iran. As noted, Washington is waiting for Iran to potentially respond with a strike against some U.S. targets located in neighboring Iraq.
