A few days ago, the Artsakh State Minister, on behalf of the
Artsakh authorities, called for political, security, legal, economic, social
and psychological intervention by the RA authorities, considering the grave
situation in Artsakh. Secretary of the NA With Honor Faction Tigran Abrahamyan
made a Facebook post on this.
“Recently, the Artsakh issue has been looked at as a
dire humanitarian situation. However, it is the consequence of political and
security problems that are not dealt with. The RA authorities have a tendency
to show statistics on the government assistance programs for Artsakh to justify
their ceding policy. However, the overriding concern is not merely the social
issues, but the fact that the RA authorities are in line with the
Turkish-Azerbaijani alliance with regard to the Artsakh issue. Artsakh circles are
publicly raising this question as well. First, Pashinyan’s regime washed its
hands of addressing the political and security issues of Artsakh. Then, it
announced its readiness to recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, thereby
green-lighting the total blockade of Artsakh. Artsakh is sending out an SOS,
while the RA authorities are trying to silence that call with concerts and
festivals,” he wrote.
