Measurements being taken in Voskepar

Ten days ago, a resident of Tavush’s Voskepar reported that measurements had begun in the community, former member of the Acharkut community council, Karen Ghazaryan, told ABC media. He stated that the measurements are still under way.

“I approached them and asked who they were and what they were doing. They didn’t say anything and just left. We didn’t notice them during the day; they probably come in the evening,” Ghazaryan said.
