Macron emphasizes commitment to developing and deepening multilateral cooperation with Armenia

A bilateral meeting took place at the Élysée Palace between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron, the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia says.

As noted, the prime minister warmly congratulated Emmanuel Macron on France’s National Day and wished prosperity and well-being to friendly France.

The French President expressed his gratitude for the congratulatory messages and emphasized his commitment to developing and deepening multilateral cooperation with Armenia.

The sides discussed a range of issues on the Armenia-France relations agenda, including the course of joint projects.

Pashinyan also referred to the discussions held today in Brussels, highlighting Armenia’s goal of strengthening cooperation with the EU.

The sides also exchanged views on regional issues of significance.
