Armenia pursuing multi-vector policy, as they believe, says Peskov

Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Yerevan believes it is pursuing a multi-vector policy.

According to Peskov, this is Armenia’s sovereign decision.

“But at the same time, they are interested in joining the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. In other words, they are pursuing a multi-vector policy, as they see it,” Peskov said.

Previously, Pashinyan had stated that it is more likely Armenia would leave the CSTO than restore its membership in the organization.
