Referendum, new constitution, and dissolution of OSCE Minsk Group: Bayramov reiterates his demands from Armenia

For final peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, it is necessary to hold a referendum in Armenia, exclude territorial claims against Azerbaijan from the Constitution, and dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated during a joint press conference with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili in Tbilisi.
