The established peace opens up new investment opportunities in Armenia and across the region: Pashinyan to Macron

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, the Government spokesperson has said.

The prime minister briefed the French president on the results of the Aug. 8 talks in Washington, including the pre-signing of the “Agreement on Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” the joint appeal to the OSCE on dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group mechanisms, the unblocking of regional communications based on the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, jurisdiction, and reciprocity, as well as the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity initiative.

Pashinyan stated that the established peace opens up new investment opportunities in Armenia and across the region.

The two leaders reaffirmed their readiness to continue active political dialogue on bilateral and international agendas. Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked President Macron for his continued support.
