US to keep seeking diplomatic solution to Ukraine conflict, says Vance

The United States will continue to pursue a diplomatic resolution to the conflict in Ukraine, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has stated.

“We do not believe that continuing the conflict serves the interests of either Russia or Ukraine, and therefore we will keep pushing for a diplomatic solution,” Vance said in an interview with NBC.

Vance also noted that Washington sees two key issues that must be addressed for a settlement in Ukraine: territorial questions and security guarantees.
