Kyiv declares readiness to hold leaders’ meeting in any format and location

Kyiv is ready to hold meetings at the level of country leaders in any format and at any geographic location, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said following a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and European allies.

In a post on X, Sybiha stated that Ukraine is ready to give diplomacy a chance. “Moscow must understand that it cannot drag out time indefinitely,” he said.

Ukraine’s foreign minister reaffirmed Kyiv’s position on security guarantees, which must be “concrete, legally binding, and effective.”
