Azerbaijanis demolish Artsakh’s Foreign Ministry building

The demolition of Artsakh’s Foreign Ministry building began today in occupied Stepanakert, Azerbaijani media reports.

Sources note that the start of the demolition carries symbolic significance for Azerbaijan. A new building is planned to be constructed on the site for Karabakh’s Regional Architecture and Urban Planning Department of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.

The building is expected to be operational by early 2027.
