Netanyahu accuses Qatar of harboring terrorists

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accused Qatar of providing refuge to terrorists and urged the country to expel or prosecute Hamas leaders, warning that Israel would act if Doha does not, The Jerusalem Post writes.

“I say to Qatar and to all countries that harbor terrorists: either expel them or hold them accountable. Because if you don’t, we will,” Netanyahu said.

He also blamed Qatar for offering safe haven to those responsible for the Oct. 7, 2023 attacks. According to him, Qatari authorities fund Hamas, provide its leaders with luxury residences, and supply them with everything they need.
