Britain’s Harry visits Kyiv

Britain’s Prince Harry has arrived in Ukraine, The Guardian reports.

As noted, Harry traveled to Kyiv at the invitation of Ukraine’s government.

“During the trip to the Ukrainian capital, he and a team from his Invictus Games Foundation are set to detail new initiatives to support the rehabilitation of the wounded, with the eventual aim of providing help to all areas of the country,” reads the publication.

Harry noted that prior to the trip, he consulted with the British government and his wife about the possibility of making the journey.

During his stay, Harry is expected to meet with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
