Saudi Arabia and Pakistan sign mutual defense pact

Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have signed a mutual defense pact, Reuters reports.

“This agreement aims to strengthen defense cooperation between the two countries and reinforce joint deterrence against any aggression,” the office of Pakistan’s prime minister said in a statement.

According to the document, any aggression against one party will be considered an attack against both.
